OUR STORY
Partnered Process was founded in 2018 by two lifelong friends, Sam Ward (businessman) and Drew Faude (engineer). They came together and started this company with the same goals in mind:
- Produce high-quality botanicals with clean organic materials.
- Partner with farmers and provide a local service to process hemp using clean and environmentally-friendly methods.
What started as an idea to change the industry has blossomed into a passionate family business and realty: everyone involved, from farmer to customer, receives the best hemp products possible that exceed standards and expectations at the maximum value.
SAM & SADIE WARD
Janet Gambel is an organic farmer in Wisconsin and part-owner of Turtle Creek Gardens. After years of farming produce and raising livestock, she was looking for a change.
She called on her daughter Sadie and son-in-law Sam Ward, and both agreed to help with the Wisconsin hemp pilot. Sam’s experience in business comes into play when forming relationships, as we work directly with farmers to help create nourishing, quality products. Sadie grew up working on Wisconsin farms and has recently spent her years working in the natural health industry.
Local farmer, health enthusiast, and businessman – together their different strengths help make Partnered Process unique. They believe it is their responsibility to share the health-enhancing effects of hemp and provide this incredible alternative to consumers.
DREW & JESSICA FAUDE
Drew Faude is the mad scientist of Partnered Process. As a skilled engineer, he has helped refine the operative details of Partnered Process to make it a successful extraction facility. Drawing on over 10 years of engineering experience, Drew built the hemp extraction machines and Partnered Process facility from the ground up. His wife Jessica is a local registered nurse, specializing in Oncology.
Together, his engineering experience, her medical background, and their passion for research provides the foundation of the creative methods at Partnered Process. Teaming up with the Wards, they use organic hemp grown from Turtle Creek Gardens to offer a holistic approach to natural healing.
